EMCC’s focus is associate degrees which prepare students for professional employment in highly technical fields. The associate degree in Liberal Studies and most other EMCC programs may be transferred to many of Maine’s four-year colleges and universities toward completion of a bachelor’s degree.

- Our oceanside South Portland campus hosts 48 buildings on 80 acres 5 minutes from Portland. SMCC also offers classes at off-site locations and online. Residents of New England may enroll at SMCC at a reduced tuition rate if their state’s public institutions do not offer the program they wish to pursue. The New England Regional Students Program sets tuition at 150% of the in-state rate. Some restrictions apply.
